Poden veure&#8217;s afectats per multitud de problemes que des de l&#8217;oculopl\u00e0stica es diagnostiquen i es tracten.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les <b>bosses<\/b> i l&#8217;<b>exc\u00e9s de pell<\/b> a les parpelles s\u00f3n conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del pas del temps que influeixen molt en l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 de la mirada i poden donar una imatge de fatiga. La <b>blefaropl\u00e0stia<\/b> \u00e9s la cirurgia definitiva per corregir aquests canvis propis de l&#8217;edat i aconseguir una mirada m\u00e9s en\u00e8rgica i descansada sense afectar l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 facial. El procediment quir\u00fargic es basa en l&#8217;extirpaci\u00f3 de la pell sobrant de les parpelles superiors (<b>blefaropl\u00e0stia superior<\/b>) i\/o l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de les bosses greixoses inferiors (<b>blefaropl\u00e0stia inferior<\/b>). <\/p>\n<p>Les <b>malposicions<\/b> de les parpelles s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 una causa freq\u00fcent de consulta. La <b>caiguda de la parpella superior, o ptosi palpebral<\/b>, pot generar una mirada de cansament, i, de vegades, produir p\u00e8rdua de visi\u00f3 en cloure parcialment el camp de vis\u00f3. La seva correcci\u00f3 permet rejovenir de nou la mirada i aconseguir una simetria entre tots dos ulls. Altres afectacions freq\u00fcents a les parpelles s\u00f3n la <b>ptosi de cella<\/b> (descens de la cella respecte a la seva posici\u00f3 natural), l&#8217;<b>ectropi\u00f3<\/b> (rotaci\u00f3 cap a fora de la parpella) o l&#8217;<b>entropi\u00f3<\/b> (rotaci\u00f3 cap a dins de la parpella).
