Provoca mol\u00e8sties com picor, sensaci\u00f3 de sorra als ulls, vista cansada, visi\u00f3 borrosa i, en els casos m\u00e9s severs, lesions a la c\u00f2rnia. Com que \u00e9s cr\u00f2nica i d&#8217;origen multifactorial (influeixen factors ambientals, hormonals, t\u00f2xics, autoimmunes\u2026), requereix un estudi exhaustiu per poder realitzar el tractament m\u00e9s individualitzat i efectiu possible. Encara que no t\u00e9 una cura definitiva, hi ha moltes alternatives per millorar la qualitat de vida del pacient i que els s\u00edmptomes desapareguin.
